My family have gone to Bitting's Pharmacy as long as i could remember. My Grandfather loved the people who owned the place and always purchased his medicine from them. He would even bring food to them as he does for alot of people to show his appreciation. My hole family got prescriptions filled by them spent thousand of dollars there. But recently my Grandfather had a problem with the owners for asking why they didn't have a prescription in that was said to be sent. They then began to yell and him and told him to leave. He came back a few days later to talk to them. But Pam yelled at him sent her husband after him and he over reacted cursed him out embarrised him and even had him trespassed from the property by the sheriff department I would not recommend this place to any as I once did but not now not ever again.
Very helpful and caring staff, have went out of their way to help in any way they can. I agree about the smiling face at my door, even my dogs love Chris. every time he delivers my doggies get so excited to see him, he is extremely pleasant and friendly and helps in anyway that he can. I have dealt with many pharmacies over the years and you can't even compare. I would give them A 10/5 if I could.
I've been going there for almost 2 years now...I wouldn't give anyone else my money but them. Everyone of them are extremely professional and treat me the way I like to be treated. I always deal directly with Melissa, she's the best and a true sweet heart. Most corporate pharmacies won't carry the medication I need but they make it a point to always have it in stock every time I come in. They treat me like family and you can't/won't get that anywhere else. I'm not an employee there....just want people that happen to read this to know that there is a pharmacy out there that care for their medical needs....Bitting's is second to no one in customer service. Everyone is super helpful here and kind, i.e. except for the guy that works at the medical equipment desk. He's only good at giving out false information, looking glum, and placing hurdles in your way. The prices are also very high, but that's okay because they have what you need and when you need it.
