Nice ppl, clean pet department store. Variety.
Fish selection wasn’t very good, dirty tanks, a few broken aquarium ornaments. Good for other animals but do not go for fish. There are great local pet stores to go to. Fish Heads aquatics on baseline, petco, petsmart, Ocala reef, and so much more.
Great prices.. Cute accessories for puppies.. People are always willing to help you. Sometimes its hard to find someone to check out... They always say so and so will be there soon.. Besides the hard time to get someone to check out great place always clean..
Would not recommend buying fish from them because everyone I've bought from them has died within the first week but anything else will be fine to purchase from them.
Poor customer service waiting to pay no one at register so we left as we were leaving we saw someone sitting on the floor on their phone behind the counter. I called to speak to the manager managerand come to find out it itwas her on the floor claiming to be changing an ink cartarage. Be we saw her on the phone .a kid got bit by a herbal and not employee supervision
