Took them 20 minutes to make a crunch wrap, incorrectly. That's it. That's all I ordered and they made it without cheese or veggies. This was at like 9pm. So it's not like they were busy at all. In fact... the entire time I was there I was the only customer there! I got all the way home before I discovered that they had made it wrong. I guess I could've checked it before I left but I didn't because I figured it was a very easy thing to make and it was all I ordered. Plus it's not like a burger where you can just look inside it with ease. Yeah, I was pretty pissed off.
I absolutely hate this KFC Taco Bell location. No matter what you always receive an incorrect order through drive thru. Then you go inside nobody ever seem surprised that the order is wrong.
We live 1.3 miles away and this store can never get a order correct.if it was possible to give this location zero stars it would be more than they deserve. And if ypu like chicken pot pies make sure you get one before 7 o'clock pm because i am sure they will only have one left and are too lazy to cook more. If you eat at this location DO NOT PULL OFF WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER, u have a better chance winning on a scratch off then to have your order correct, if they do get your order correct say a quick prayer and thank God for his miracles!!!!
So they talk over your food, overly stare at you, then throw your food in the bag, and it wasn't even right?! I'd say go anywhere but here or go here and waste your money
Just might be the worst taco bell I have been to. The manager yes the manager took our order and you could tell by the tone of her voice that she was not having a good day and was rude while taking our order. There where only 3 people working during the afternoon and besides ourselves there were a few other people waiting for there order as well. 15 or so minutes later we received the 4 items we ordered. Three tacos and a quesadilla. She just dropped the three tacos in a small bag and then folded the quesadilla in half and shoved it in the same small bag. I wanted to check the tacos to make sure they were made correctly and both hard tacos were completely crushed into tiny pieces to where you could not even pick the taco up. I could not help myself and had to say something at that point. She had the nerve to say what was the issue with folding the quesadilla and she denied the fact that she crammed it into the bag and said fine I will make you new tacos. I was very upset at that point and said I just want a refund. Once again with a snooty attitude started pressing on the screen with anger and counted out the refund amount and slapped it into my hand and said have a nice day. Very uncalled for and deffently not how the manager could act. If your having a bad day keep it to your self and not let it out on customers.
