What a disappointment Dawn was. Massages are focused on range of motion rather than deep tissue. Unfortunately I had scheduled three massages and had to cancel the last two before going out of town. They were given more than 24 hour notice. So you can imagine my surprise receiving a text message about an upcoming massage that I had already cancelled. Still the kind of person I am. They were given another courtesy call. I even called them in the morning and was met with unprofessionalism by non other than dawn. My recommendation since you are half owner would be check your message machine first and second your staff. You were given more than a weeks notice of cancelled appointments. You Dawn even stated your system automatically generated the text messages I received. Because of the way you handled this I will not be back nor will I recommend you to anyone.
Love it, love it, love it. Experienced and friendly staff, and the atmosphere is super relaxing! I always look forward to my appointments. Haley is such a sweetheart! I will continue to recommend it!
I've been going there for about a month. I had my hair colored and styled. I have had my face waxed. I've had several acupuncture treatments. All services exceeded my expectations. The acupuncture has help relieve arthritic pain and is helping my weight loss program. I strongly recommend this marvelous staff to everyone. I look forward to my first massage and other services. This is my go-to salon and spa when I am in Ocala. The icing on the cake is they use and sell ONLY certified organic products.
