Went by this place to try to set my girlfriend a surprise hair appointment for Valentine's and they wouldn't even open the door! Just looked at me through the glass horrible, horrible customer service! Then we as black folk wonder why we can only get so far as a people. I would NEVER spend my hard earned money with people like this! Btw...The "open" sign was on and the other sign said "walk-ins welcomed"..NOT TRUE
She acted like she was too busy. If you don't want my money fine. Just a heads up, if you're not from the islands, good luck trying to get your hair done here. I guess she only do her own people hair. >:(
Suzette knows what she's doing when it comes to hair! She really cares about her clients hair it's not about the money with her! I have had soo many bad experiences in the past and do not trust a soul with my hair! I was referred to her from a friend who's been going to her for 10 yrs. At first, I was sceptical, but she is truly a miracle worker! I would recommend her 100%!
I went here last December to get my hair done and there was an open sign and the doors were locked and Suzette asked me if I had an appointment and I said no but then another lady who actually was fixing my hair didn't even want to untangle my hair and gave me a brush as well to help her untangle my hair... I mean if you went to school you should and it's your job to deal with hair it's your job to do everything on a clients hair period. Then the lady that was doing my hair charged me $80.00... I will never go back here again and they're rude and don't have any customer service skills.
