They did return our money promptly minus the charges for the work they did do.
Hurricane contracting sent some workers out on June 30 to repair some minor trim damage but not the hole in the roof.
They were very slow. They do not always call you back when you have questions. I am very frustrated with with there lack of communication.

July 12th we cancelled our contract and asked for our money to be returned minus the little bit of work that has already been completed and we have taken our problem elsewhere.
