Unfortunately we had two deaths in our family,aunt & 1st cousin, in the same week so I had to be furgle with money. Called Hertiage Flowers at first seemed a little high cost, wanted peace lollies for both families, ordered the 8" pot. The lillies were hugh and beautiful. I'm glad I went with the little higher cost and got something that was beautiful and the families loved them.
9/18/17 at approximately 11:30 am was passed by one of their drivers in a no passing zone while going west bound on SR 40. This driver cut back over in front of me only to have to break hard due to the fact that the little blue car in front of me was making a right hand turn. Thankfully he was able to stop in time. ZOOM ZOOM HE/SHE WAS GONE. Slow your drivers down !!
When some hydrangeas in an otherwise beautiful arrangement started wilting just a few hours after they were delivered, Heritage went above and beyond to make it right with with me, even though I was admittedly short with them on the phone in one conversation. They delivered another full, beautiful arrangement the very next day. They've earned my trust and respect; give them a chance to let them earn yours. Highly recommended.
I ordered through their website delivery for next day delivery of flowers to the hospital. I received a phone call the next morning from Heritage that the patient wasn't at the specified hospital. They very helpfully called the recipient for me to locate them and arrange delivery. The caller was very courteous and helpful. The flowers were much appreciated by the recipient, and I appreciated the convenience and customer service that Heritage provided. I would definitely recommend.
Everything was nice. Even though part of the order was forgotten, they did redeliver, my fiance loved the flowers as well did I. I can honestly say heritage was better than the last company I ordered from and I will order from y'all again. Thank you for such lovely flowers.
