I just have to say one man stood out from the others. Wish i would have caught his name (want to say J. Blair) to give him full credit. What an awesome team they have at station 1! Thank you for going out of your way for the hats and coloring books sir! Wonderful impact you all have on our children.
Billing department are bullies, unorganized, rude, and unwilling to work with customers. Lies about mistakes on address, and bills sent out. If you work with public in any form of customer relations you need to have good customer service skills, no matter which department. They need a refresher course in this department!
Took my son today to see the trucks and they welcomed us... Very nice and they got a call well we were there and he got to see them take off that was great
