decent wash from the machine. ok service on the hand wiping. Rims not that well done and I paid extra and tipped (they dont know, its a community jar)... oh well.
I normally LOVE raceway. Have been going for a few years now and always pleasurable. Today I went on a very busy day 9/21/17. I normally don't worry about pocket change and don't care about personal items in my car. But I had almost all the change in my cup holder taken. No I am not mistaken and they placed it somewhere else I've checked everywhere. I had almost 10 dollars in quarters go missing. Now it might not seem like a lot but I tipped 20 dollars this day because they worked so hard so therefor I tipped 30 dollars for a 28 dollar car wash. It just makes me upset to know I had money taken, it just makes me feel like I can't trust them.
This place is great but the tire shine is set for small wheels. Which means it does not cover my 20" truck tires. It leaves large areas with no shine. So I have to go to the detail area and wait for them to manually add the tire shine to the areas missed. And with wet tires it is kind of hard to tell. Meaning they have to do the whole tire.
Friendly, fast working employees. I forgot my debit card at home and they worked with me by entering my number manually. 28 dollars plus a tip for the works detailed inside and out. Whole process takes about 30 minutes if you get it detailed.
Details, details, details. Best car wash in Marion County. I paid for the ultimate (28.00) and the results are fantastic. My car looks like I got a detailed cleaning (inside and out). Keep up the good work Racewash! I will be back.
