Radiator went bad on my acura( transmition cooler is part of radiator and backwashed into radiator) less than 5 months after all clear from Patriks radiator went bad, 2 acira dealer mechanics explained what they believe Patrice did wrong, patriks argued there wrong.
Always great friendly service and fair prices. I also like that they don't try to guilt trip you into buying some product or service every time you come in like other shops do. If somethings wrong, they will tell you...if not; then you pay your bill and you're on your way. Only bummer is they're not open on the weekends. It'd be more convenient for me to have my wife's car serviced when I don't have to work....but hey, I can't blame anyone not wanting to work on a weekend. =)
After doing some homework I found out there reviews are so bad they hired surecritc for reviews, strange since surecritic has a low rating and manipulates reviews to protect the business not the customer.
Brake line fixed on Honda that never had a problem after they fixed and did "thorough check" brakes Failed while driving.
Went in for an oil change they found break lines leaking (i've never had any problems with my breaks) they "fixed" it less then 2 months my breaks have failed.. Untrust worthy, I use to love taking my cars but I've had to occasions where they found something broken and "fixed" it and that exact thing they fixed needed to be fixed AGAIN... Just don't trust them
Blows my mind this place has a high rate!told us would be few days before we could even tell them what was wrong with our car. We were out of town and need it some help. Don't waste your time here;look across the street and go to bobs auto repair... they were able to help us out even as busy as they were with no hesitation.
All I can say is beware I was a loyal good customer and I got screwed.
First, we took our RV in for several issues. 1. The passenger slide would open by itself. 2. The diver slide was closing to tightly. 3. The wide shield washer motor was not working properly. 4. The radio/CD player would not reject the CD. 5. The awning was not working properly. And a few other small things to include an oil change. They checked it over and found a major hydraulic issue. We have insurance and they had to deal with the insurance company. Kyle, told us what the insurance would and would not cover. We asked about the radio, Kyle said they would not cover it. We called the insurance company, they said no one had put in for it. We called Kyle and told him. He said he would put in for it. We checked the following week. He still had not put in for it. By the time he did, it would no longer go under our first claim. Kyle said they would take care of it. They finally told us they would not cover it unless we paid the extra deductible, even though it was their failure to put in the claim. Then, they were unable to fix the awning, unless we paid additional, deductible. Our insurance said that was wrong. They wanted the check from the insurance released so, they wanted to state it was fixed and then start a new claim which would cost us $250. So, we pick it up and the stairs are not working anymore, there is one storage door panel with a dent and scratch in it and now all three slides come in to far. They wanted our balance due and promised to fix the radio, stairs and awning at no additional charge. But that never has happened. Now they want to charge us for all of it!!! The owner told us today, they did us a favor fixing the three slides coming into far without charging us for it!!! What! Only one came into far to start with and they were supposed to fix that one. Instead, they made all of them do the same thing, but did us a favor fixing the two that did not need to be fixed and finally fixing the one we already paid for!! DO NOT TRUST A WORD THAT PATRICK SAYS!! We have pictures of our RV parked on their lot, owner stated he parked it there, with the stairs impeded by a large post! That is what burned up the stair motor!!! Never will I do business or send business their way!!!
