I am a semi new rider here in Ocala. I went to other bike shops in the area, but this one had an atmosphere that I really liked. I spoke with Kymm the first time in and after about an hour she finally asked me to try a full suspension bike. I am forever more glad I did. I left shortly after that and returned the next day. Kymm was off so I spoke with Chris. The guy truly knows his stuff, like everyone else in the store. So I spent about 3 hrs testing different bikes and just couldn't decide. Went home did some more research and returned today. I picked out my new bike, waiting on it to arrive. I will truly say this is the BEST bike shop I have ever been in. They have a new customer for life. Thanks again to everyone especially Kymm and Chris.
The best bike shop around Santos. The staff are the friendliest you will meet and are very knowledgable about almost everything about bikes and trials/clubs around Santos. Bought are bikes there and they helped us pick out a awesome bike. They have group rides you can look up on their website that ride the trails of Santos and road bike. Great place to meet people and the bike shop has a trail that connects with the main trails
