I have been going to Julie's Unique Hair Salon for for 10 years. Candice has been doing my hair for 3 years and I love her. She is such a perfectionist and always does a fantastic hair style on me. All the stylists there are wonderful. I look forward with ti getting my hair cut.
Julie is a fantastic beautician. She's the first person in 15 years to finally give me the hair color I want. I highly recommend her and all the stylists in her shop: Juanita, Maryjane, Candice, and Cathy. If you live in the SW SR 200 area (or even if you don't) give Julie's Unique Hair Salon a try. You won't be disappointed.
THREE MONTHS AGO I had Kathy and she is very un-organized for starters. I brought in a picture and asked of she could cut and color my hair like I use to have. She said absolutely so I made appt. To get it done

When I arrived she told me she only had me down for cut. Almost left but stayed. When she started to blow dry ( only blown straight and curled under at bottom) she gets curling iron out. I ask her why and she says she thought it would be better. So I blew my hair to show her and still pd. For blow dry. Came back to get it colored and she couldn't find any color for 24min. When I threatened to leave. It turned out ok but once again the blow dry incidents. She informed me she was only a beautician for 5 yrs AND did not know how to do it. Ended up blowing it myself and paying for it. Just wanted to get out of there before I would lose it. She didnt even own a big round brush or fat curling iron. All she had to do FROM beginning is say she only did little old lady short hair cuts & I would have asked for someone else.
