Love the people, the wait is always long. This bank tries to make it so inconvenient for the customer to come in. I have a small business account and come in only for change and it is a nightmare :(

I neva had a problem cashing checks till i came to this bank of America the teller leslie tell me i cant cash my check cause the account is under my dads name mind u its my card my account other banks of america neva gave me a issue...smh neva again... bad enough bank of America stay robbin people with there hidden fees... and lack of update on there systems...
Long lines, Friday...two tellers...no drive thru..3-4 account managers and manager standing around..no one extra to work tellers.
BoA is just a bad bank. No common sense, unreasonable fees and disparaging actions in the name of security that are unnecessary and outside of the scope of normal banking practice.
Great customer service. Fincial knowledge was great.
